Curtis McCone
Founder & Sales
Curtis is a licensed employee benefits advisor and insurance broker with over 30 years of experience. He began his career in 1994 at Mutual Life, co-founded Hargratt Schofield Benefits Inc. in 2000. Following the sale in 2006, he reacquired it in 2009 under HSBI Benefits Inc., sold it to Hub International in 2016 where he served as President. In 2026, he founded MIG Benefits Inc. Curtis maintains strong carrier relationships with Sun Life, Canada Life, and Manulife, and takes a consultative approach helping plan sponsors build solutions that are simple, effective, and built around the needs of their people.

Michelle Bryant
Vice President of Operations & Sales
Michelle brings over five years of Canadian employee benefits experience, with a unique perspective from working on both the brokerage and carrier sides of the industry.
After starting her career at one of Canada's largest benefits brokerages, Michelle joined Canada Life's National Accounts team, where she worked with large and complex organizations and developed deep expertise in underwriting, funding arrangements, plan design, and benefits strategy.
At MIG Benefits, Michelle combines that experience to challenge the status quo, find smarter solutions, and build benefits programs that work for both employers and their people.

Tanisha Baigra
Benefits Analyst
Tanisha is LLQP licensed and is currently pursuing her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation. She brings over 12 years of client relationship experience, with a strong focus on delivering tailored group benefits solutions that align with organizational objectives while enhancing employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention. Recognized for her client-first approach, Tanisha is committed to providing responsive service and building lasting partnerships.
